The reason for my purchase was for high temperature oven cooking. The newest trend in cooking roasts is high temperature cooking at 500 degrees. So far the pan has held up.

I would recommend this pan. I almost bought one at three times the price of this one This one is great. The only negative was it was wobbly. The bottom is not level when the pan is empty.

I really in joy the pan the only problem is it is not big enough for my family I don't have to worry about the ceramic chipping or the t- fal pealing it's stainless and the food I put in to cook comes out good and clean with no kind of chips or pealing

I bought this pan a month ago to replace an older pan from my mother. It was difficult to find a pan this size. I am very pleased with the weight and the handles are a plus. I baked vegetables and the pan cleaned nicely.
