About 3 hours to assembly and I don't have much experience so the directions were well written. Heavy to move around but it's a pro overall because it's very sturdy. Bigger than expected but I love it!

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of this bookcase. The finish is gorgeous, and looks like vintage aged wood. There is even wood grain texture. It's nice and sturdy, and doesn't feel at risk of tipping at all.
