I followed the directions on how to operate this kitchen gadget and was unable to open a can after three tries. Next time I used it, it worked right away.I think it has to do with the sizes of the cans. I definitely would never recommend this.

I bought one about 3 months ago and the gear that moves the can stripped. Can opener has a life time warranty from Farberware but cost more than the can opener to send it to them. Bought a 2nd from Walmart and same thing happen....this can opener is a piece of cr*p. Do NOT buy it.
