The pan works great. I'm not surprised having had quite a few of them over the last 15 years. I wouldn't have had to order another if not for a family member cold water quenching a very hot pan causing it to warp. It would have sill been useable but we have an electric flattop stove.

This is just a little larger than I realized, but it is a great pan. I have used it several times and I have been very pleased. It cooks evenly and cleans up easily. I have no perception of size, so the size was "my problem".

So far, so good. I got this to replace my usual non-stick pan which was losing the non-stick layer (after someone used metal utensils on it...). I like that it is deep. Things have not stuck to it and it is very easy to clean. I would have given it five stars except that the instructions say...
