Symmetry by Circulon is the best non stick pans I've ever used. Fried egg slides off the pan after 100 uses with no problem. I got rid of all the other pots and pans and I was a stainless steel fan for decades.

Love this pan! The grooves on the bottom are essential for the best results with whatever I cook. I bought a second pan because my mom ‘stole' the other one. I have 3 other non stick pans that are just sitting in the drawer. Always use this one!
