      Way too big for a 0-3 months. I have a a 5 week old (10.4lbs 22 inches and slender) and this was toooo big for him. Try getting new born size if available. Had to return to local walmart but didn't have NB in stock.

      I ordered 0-3 months for my newborn son and they look like they can fit my 1 year old niece.. I held it up to some 12 month and 18 month onesies and sure enough they were the exact same size

      this sleep and play are nice but really thin, i think they look nice but they're not suitable for cold winter days. other brands from walmart definetly have a better quality fabric. Also, the clothes are sticked with adhesive tape, and it leaves a nasty mark on the clothes.
