Finicky. Often goes undetected. Has it's own firmware. Whole thing is constantly buggy. We have a dozen in the office and everyone has multiple problems per week. This product is a catastrophe.

I had problems with USB connections dying and/or one or both monitors not functioning with this dock. Refreshed the firmware and problems went away for a month or so. Now back to one monitor one day, no monitor the next. The dock is no good.

I bought 2 7530 laptops; and 5 total docks. Computers and docks did not work properly out of the box. Upgraded firmware for both device types, make absolutely sure you follow directions when updating the dock firmware or you will brick it! Finally got all devices working and stable. Did require m...
