I recently purchased this fryer because my old one broke. I have used this fryer twice since purchasing it, I absolutely love it. So much better than my previous one and holds the Turkey much better. Will be using this fryer much more than I anticipated:)

Well we cooked our first turkey in the Masterbuilt Fryer. It was delicious! I would recommend this fryer. I would suggest that you read the instructions as well as watch the video before using the fryer.

I have always wanted to fry a turkey myself and as I was shopping for turkey fryers I saw this Masterbuilt, OMG best choice EVER! This Masterbuilt XL is so amazingly easy to work and all of the pieces come apart for easy cleaning! It also steams and broils. I MUST HAVE!

Read the instructions carefully and watch a few videos on YouTube to get helpful tips and to be comfortable with using. This was the first turkey that was finished by my family. I usually have to freeze over half of the turkey.
