This is a very helpful and well made mat. I am studying to become a yoga teacher, so it's quite useful with alignment. The only reason for the 4 stars is because there is a rather strong odor which makes it unsettling and difficult to focus when needing to have your face close to the mat.

I love it for standing poses because the line helps me keep my feet in the proper position. If you have knees that hurt, you might want a thicker yoga mat. It's fine for me most days, I only have to add padding every now and then.
