I love this book, with past cookbooks i would get them and then not be able to make anything thats in it, because it needed lots of things normal people don't have. But this one is great. so glad I got it

Well written recipe collection. A great addition for those that follow the biggest loser, and read the BL books. Nothing complicated or ingredients you would rarely stock in the average kitchen. Seems very easy and great ideas for those attempting to eat healthy.
