I've had this book for years and I bought a few to give for Xmas presents this year. I have not made a single thing that wasn't fantastic. The gumbo, pulled pork and BBQ beans are staples in our house. Their shepherd's pie is what my wife asks for every year for her birthday.

I am a big fan of the restaurant but the closets one is 2 hours away. The book is full of pictures and easy instructions. I have tried a few dishes and I am not disappointed. Perfect book for the BBQ lover.
