We use these every year and they are perfect for my kids hands and toes during the winter weather. Makes outside activities much more bearable when they aren't cold. definitely recommend.

The size is great and they pack a lot of heat for such a simple item. I would have frozen without this. It's nice to have your hands warm but sometimes it's just so cold out you also need your core warmed.

I have these in my car at all times. Wear a fitted shirt though and don't put it directly on your skin. Kept me and my family warm. Get the hand and toe warmers too!

Have used Hothands for hands and toes before but first time using body warmer. Spent several hours walking around an outdoor Christmas lights display and the heat produced gave that extra feeling of warmth under coats.
