I bought one of these rods last season to test them out while lead core trolling walleyes, I ended up ordering five more to swap my old reels to as the rod performed well! They also uphold well with planer boards! Have yet to use them with riggers.

I have 6 of these rods and use them for both walleyes trolling and flat-lining 4 inch Slammers for muskies, got fish up to 45 inches with no problems with light drag setting. Rods held up great

Great rod!! The action is perfect for pulling boards or flatline trolling. The eyes are all metal so no chipping or cracking.

I've been using these for guiding for a few years now....soft enough for crawlers and firm enough for cranks....now I don't need to different sets of rods...it's great since space in the boat is at a premium
