Have used in over and stove top. Cooked stew beef on low head in over low heat and slow. Tasted wonderful Also cooked butter peas on top low heat slow. Hold heat and looks good enough to serve in. Looking for additional pieces.

The light weight design is great, non stick, very easy to clean. I expected the product to be more durable. The outside enamle is wearing off by handeling the pot. The inside chipped, even though I only used wooden utensils. I had hoped for better durability considering the price point
