We needed something short and narrow for our mudroom while we figure out what built ins we want. This was easy to put together, great warm colour and fits perfectly (accurate dimensions). Looks a bit like a piano bench and very solid

The bench was easy to put together. We have it in the front entry for sitting to put on or take off winter boots, and it looks good there, but it could be used anywhere. Small children could sit on it at a low table. The inside is almost four inches deep so it's useful for hats, scarves, glove...

Very nice item, esp. for the price. Arrived well-packed, with all parts and hardware needed. There are three main pieces: the top assembly and two leg assemblies which you dowel then screw together. Solid wood top, legs and sides, beautifully finished, with a small but decent-sized storage area...
