I purchased this for my youngest granson for his first birthday. He was obsessed with it! unfortunately so was his older brother who has pleanty of his own musical toys, but this is really fun and we have been working with older brother on learning to share and with this they can play together!

It was a in product, but the shipping quantity and the delivery was awful. The box was smashed in and soaking wet. It when from New York to Kentucky through a hurricane so I guess it got there it done well. It didn't work when it got there and she loves it. I have no photos .

played with it for 5 minutes and speaker started to crackle. my son loves the drum sticks so keeping it. wish speaker didnt crackle but a 12 month old isnt going to realize anything wrong unless it doesnt make sound.

The cloth based mat is good but it's designed similar to the inner circuit of tv remote. Even though there is a big picture of the instrument covering the mat, the child has to hit at a specific point to get music out of the speaker. This makes the child having less fun.
