Have compared many non stick pans and this one seems to have the best bang for the $. Even heat distribution with no hot spots. Non-stick surface is excellent.

This pan is not too heavy, but performs well using low to medium heat. It cooks evenly and browns nicely. I use the smallest bit of oil or butter and food slide out of the pan and do not stick. I have washed it in the dishwasher, but it is also easy to hand wash because nothing sticks. The bo...

Nice pans, I use mine for everyday scrambled eggs, nothing stick. Just add a little olive oil. I use it for sautée bell peppers, onions and Jalapenos on medium low, never burn. Again use a little olive oil. I have a 8 and 12 inches, I like the high sides for when mixing.
