It was easy to put together and exactly what I expected. I put it together by myself in about an hour. I used it the next morning. The belt does make a winding noise but it's nothing unbearable.

I decided to go with this because it seemed comvient and it was reasonably priced. Took about 2 hours to put together by myself, which included clean up. Some of the directions are not great, but i did it! Tried it out and its sturdy! I would reccomend!

I have received it sooner than expected, easy to build up, it took me less than an hour to build up. I really recommend it

A great piece of home exercise equipment! Somewhat easy to assemble, works great for a 1 person use machine. Some of the nuts need to be tightened after a lot of continuous use, but a super value.
