These knives are worth more than the price I paid. Super sharp, easy to clean. I tried the test that the presenter demonstrated. Sliced an onion very thin. I could read the newspaper right through the onion! I will be purchasing more from Cuisinart

I bought this to make large omeletes so I didn't have to make them every day. Was the best purchase. Can make a large omelet and it cooks evenly and I can put a bunch of veggies and meat in it and have plenty of room to flip it and doesn't stick at all. Pan cleans up great.

Read the instructions to cook on lower heat. Non stick surface is phenomenal. Even heat distribution. Works well on the new ceramic stove (had to donate away my cast iron because it kept scratching our old ceramic stove). Just what I wanted.

I got this pan as a gift for Christmas. I highly recommend it! It is wonderful! It cooks everything beautifully, and rinses clean every time.
