The scooter arrived scuffed up and no hardware to attach the seat. The seat doesn't fold down. I am not all that thrilled with this purchase. I should have splurged a few more dollars and gotten a different one.

I bought this for my 3 yr old and she learned to ride it very quickly. The scooter has great balance and rides very smoothly. We never installed the seat and dont plan on using it. The gel wheels with lights are fun and make the ride easy. I even tried it myself and thought it was a great buy!
