I bought this faucet last week and it arrived Monday. A plumber installed it on Wednesday and it works fine. However it contained a wrong part; I contacted Moen and they are sending the proper part. In the meantime, it works great.

Like everything about it but the Aerator reduces the water pressure to low. I understand that the Aerators come in three sizes. Suggest that you include all three with the purchase and allow the customer to determine what pressure they want.
