I just moved from a house to an apartment and this wagon came in handy for carrying boxes from the moving containers to the apartment. It's sturdy, large, and holds plenty of weight. Now that I'm in an apartment, this wagon is great for hauling groceries from the car up to the apartment.

It's very useful when you live in really high building. I use it to carry th heavy and large items that I cannot carry by hand. Tying the staps is pretty simple if you lay it on the floor after it's been folded. I would definitely recommend this item.
