This is a new doll that I haven't seen in stores yet. I love the creative outfits they come with. There are 6 dolls to collect. They are each different with outfits and accessories. This one comes with a hairbrush. Not sure it would be good for a 3 year old. Maybe better for a 5 year old or older.
