We have cafe lights in our entry way and they needed to run off of an outlet. This extension cord is perfect for our use, since the cord is always plugged in and we simply click the switch to turn on the lights.

The problem with so MANY of these types of cords is that they have made the button too close to the plugin end. I would like to find some that have it closer to the other end so that it is great for Christmas trees and other uses.
