Horrible. Purchased in 7/2018. Battery would not hold a charge. Had to file a claim, they “fixed” the issue and resent the laptop. Same thing happened within 2 days.

It's awfull was in Apple and the Computer doesn't have original piece. It's several problems, the battery turn off, the internet lost signal, lost screen, lost data on the way.

Issues from day one. Seems to be a few laptops put together to make one. Had to file a claim on the battery not holding a charge. Now the computer shuts down every few minutes and restarts. I regret making this purchase.

Actually, I have to return it because it won't interface with my large external monitor, but the laptop was everything as promised, and in very good condition. If I had to buy a used laptop again, I would do it through this vendor.
