Chair arrived with one of the cross pieces under the seat broken through.

Most uncomfortable rocking chair I've ever sat in. The cutout design on the back had sharp edges that scrape your back, the armrests are way too low, and the angle of the seat to back is 90° making the chair feel like one you don't want to sit in for long.... looks nice though.

This rocker is for tall people only. I'm 5'3" and my feet could not touch the ground, making it impossible to rock. It's such a huge rocker, when I sat in it I felt like Lily Tomlin. Had to return it.

Love these rocking chairs- the only problem we have is that there are places on both chairs where the wood is very rough and places where it looks like the black paint didn't adhere so a white color is coming through. They are not large areas, but enough for us to notice, probably not guests or ...
