TEETER EP-860 WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE JUST REALY WISH I COULD HAVE BOUGHT IT AT THE STORE, other than waiting to get it it works like it says it would, neck and back feel so much better after using, I do recommend it for most people, short inversions are best so that you don't cause any other issues
