Really love these knives. They are really sharp. Growing up, if I ever got knives as a gift, my grandmother would always make me give the person who gave them to me a penny for luck in not getting cut. I should have sent Cuisinart a penny since the first thing I did was slice my finger. Oh well!

I was very pleasantly surprised by how good these knives are. I love being able to thinly slice a tomato for sandwiches or chop Romaine for a salad. The colors are just fun!

Not only do i love the different colors but the knifes are amazing. I used them over Thanksgiving and I was impressed how well they cut. I love the sharpness and most of all the covers. I loved them so much I purchased another set for my daughter . And the price was amazing .
