There is no parts list, no manufacturing company paperwork, nor address to write to for problems. Flimsy lower chair stand, plastic cover improperly packaged in shipping box containing heavy steel chair. No damage to outer box packaging, but broken part already installed (placed) on stand part....

They don't list dimensions on the description of this chair is only 22" across seat. This chair is supposed to be a big and tall up to 500 pounds. If so, why only make the seat so narrow. My son could not use it because it hurt his sides to sit in it. Probably will return to Walmart. Walmart, p...
