[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This commercial grade slicer works really well. I do think there is a bit of a learning curve. It works best when the food is very cold, in my opinion. It definitely gets the job done, quickly and efficiently. It is easy to clean too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Chard 8.6 Commercial Grade Slicer really cut the meat how you like it. For me I lice the thin sliced meats but my husband loves thicker meat. The Chard slicer can handle both with ease. Clean up is easy with the removal cover. Loving it so far.
