This pillow holds the shape of how you want it and can be molded to what you like but has good support and so comfortable

It took awhile for it to fluff up to full shape...about 4 days. So be patient. It is a FIRM pillow...so if that is not what you are looking for. Others mention a "chemical" smell. It did have a slight odor out of the package...and I have a very sensitive nose...this odor went completely away ...
