Arrived so smooshed I was worried, but soon after taking out of the packaging it was the right shape. It is much more comfortable than my last one, which did not have memory foam. Only thing I wished for is a fitting cover, which was not included.

Ok, so this pillow does not completely stop my husband from snoring, but he sleeps more comfortably and does not snore as much. Better sleep for both of us. When it came, it looked very flat in the box, but we just set it out on the bed, and it plumped right up.
