This computer is awful! You can't download anything on it, it's slow, you have to buy add ons if you want to put anything “non microsoft” on it! ( extra $140) I wish I wouldn't have wasted now over $200 but I can't get a refund for the program I already put on it to get it running right :(

We bought it because it's on sale and we rarely use it . When we used it it kept freezing . 3 months after purchases we load the laptop in to the car then the laptop has monitor damage .. It's a junk . Never had a laptop that break this easy. Called customer service and they won't do anything.
