This birdhouse has ventilation at the bottom of birdhouse, and during the hot summer months the babies do not suffocate from the heat. There is no perch at the opening and that keeps predators away.

I have purchased these bird houses for years and have 5 mounted in my yard great way to help out our feathered friends. The 2 pack offer was a great deal I purched 8 more. I mount them on the top of a 8 foot 4x4 cant wait to get these installed.

The closure on the door is flimsy plastic. I will be changing that out. It is constructed with staples, I will be putting in a few screws to hold up longer. Cheaper than I could have made it myself!
