I've tried a few options, but this is the best one I've found for my Bikram practice. It's very absorbent and doesn't slip much at all. I only bought a second one because after almost two years of washing, the other one got a little stiff. I think two years is a god life for a yoga towel, though!

This mat towel is great! It is soft and doesn't leave any imprints when I practice on it like a terry cloth towel would. And it matches my Marrakesh Yoga Mat perfectly!

I've only used it 2-3 times so far, but it has been GREAT thus far. It does not slip or move on my mat and I don't even need to spray it down at all. I use this towel every time I go to a yoga class and it is perfect! It is the correct size and helps my hands and feet not slip. It is light weight and easy to pack. Overall, great purchase!

I am new to Yoga and was looking for a towel that wouldn't move on the mat. This one does ok. It didn't move a lot but it did move. Wondering if the grip towels are better.
