I bought this for my Grandson. He's bulking up in the gym. He swears this foam roller is perfect. When his back muscles get tight and sore he uses it. He says it's one of the best gifts he's ever received. That makes me happy.

This is a softer foam roller. I had purchased a pool noodle to roll with because of the softness but it is not fat enough. This softness is comparable to a pool noodle. Also love that it is grey and not white so it will stay cleaner.
