The new pad design fits smaller than the old ones. For the rectangle of hexpads I always went one size up from the size chart. For the newer lopsided hexagon of hexpads I have to go two sizes up. Otherwise a solid product.

Adult XS is the perfect fit for my 9 year old BMXer with his shorts. Great product protects from his mid-thigh to his mid-calf with impact support on his knees. Wash easily (and often). One pair lasts an entire year, with almost daily use. Definitely recommend.
