These tubes are FANTASTIC!!! ... I can get a GREAT full body workout in my garage ALL major muscle groups are worked, and even arms and abs... I may NEVER go back to the gym.

I'm a 6-day-per-week workout fanatic. With my gyms closed, rather than investing in weights, I decided I would use some dumbbells I have and supplement those with bands. These are the best I've found, especially on the heavy end. So far, I'm very pleased.

These braided bands are great if you work out with high resistance. I don't worry at all the bands will break as with the single strands. Not sure the handles will hold up, but so far so good

I use this resistance band to give my body a complete intense workout. This band gives me the workout I need without aggrevating my spinal injuries. Also the way this band is constructed I can perform many types of exercises and get the results I want and need for my physical wellbeing.
