A great laptop, not meant for heavy games but if you are a college student or high school student it should work just fine. the mouse has some delay at times but you can use the touch screen and it happens 1/ every 5 to 6 days. recommend it for research and sketches and notes.

Bought it new on Saturday. It had a password in it and I couldn't get beyond the picture of the ocean. Called HP and they said there should NOT have been ANY password to get into the computer at all. They recommended taking it back because if I sent it back to HP for them to reset to factory ...
