This tool is rather heavy. Mounting instruction incomplete.With a 20'' chainsaw, the cut width was limited to 12''. The log was 16'' diameter.I moved the end guide grip close to the first one. This gave a cut width of 8''. I cut the log at half width and repeated the operation from the othr side....

If you plan on cutting the same day this arrives, you better open it immediately to figure out how to put it together. Next, research how to use it and lastly ensure your saw is long enough to cut the log you want to slice. This works well if you do all three of those things first.
