i ordered as a gift. delivery was fine and on time. there was no information about plant. no instructions. receiver did not know what it was or what color it was. buds were closed and no identification. the plant was in good condition.

the plant arrived in a box. when I open it up the plant was squashed, and branches were broken. I went ahead and planted it hoping it would spruce up. No, it hasn't yet. I'm so disappointed.

plant arrive wilted and dying looked like the box was shipped upside down my husband tried to revive it, to no avail

I ordered three different color Altman rose bushes. This one was dead on arrival, absolutely no moisture in the soil, wrapping or the plastic around the pot. One was terrible with black spot, and one I kept. WalMart cheerfully refunded for the two I took back. Very disappointing!
