The original lasted 135k miles. Here is hoping this one lasts just as long. I must say that the replacement is much quieter than the original. No more tensioner "whine".

If you have a Ford with a 2.5 engine and you have a rattle at low speeds or under load with the a.c. on this may solve your problem. I did but mine also developed a whine. This part fixed both issues.

Product is exactly how it's described. Works flawlessly and was installed easily with no problems. I've read a review or two where someone said they snapped the "nut" off when putting the belt back on. I don't see how unless they were doing it wrong.

Replaced my 2007 Miata's original tensioner at 111k miles. So far so good. Also changed the idler pulley. Tried to replace the serpentine belt as well but that doesn't seem to fit.
