worked 3 days.. started giving an error as soon as I turned it on.. also.. AC power cord (USB) wouldn't fit. plug slot was smashed closed

The first month it worked fine. Second month it started registering the wrong number once in a while. As of yesterday, every time I plug it in it reads ERR as in error. I've tried different outlets in my house even. Dont buy this board! It's useless after 2 months in!
