I used this as flooring in my 2 car garage that I turned into a play area for our grandkids for the winter. It makes the cold cement floor warm and is perfect for the accident prone toddlers. I can crawl around on the floor with them with no pain on my knees.

It's thick enough for bare feet, and I'm 200 pounds. It tends to slide a little on my bare floor, though, when I jump from side-to-side (speed-skater exercise).
