I have not actually used the pan yet, but I'm an experienced baker who knows good quality bakeware. When I first picked this pan up, I knew I'd made a good choice. Heavier-gauge aluminum makes this pan sturdy and promotes even heat distribution. I look forward to baking many wonderful cakes in it.

Did not like the ripples in the bottom of the pan. Made it difficult to oil and flour it before pouring in the batter, causing cake to stick to the bottom

The pan is a great size. It is extraordinarily difficult to clean. Everything sticks even when using Pam, butter, olive oil.
