There was a spot on the lid when I received. We tried to wipe it off but it is actually a place where the paint is missing. Except for that, the lid really is quiet

Nice looking toilet seat but broke just a year after buying it. Its in the spare bathroom that doesnt get as much use too so it came as a surprise when the plastic hinge broke just from letting the seat and lid close. The finish gets rubbed off and stained easily too.

ive had two of these that both broke after about a year and a half. love the product until it breaks. the first time where you secure it to the toliet broke so it was sliding everywhere and the second time the soft close function broke. great product just doesnt seem to last that long. family of...
