Stopped working after 2 months. The compressor kicks on but it only blows out warm air and doesn't exhaust any hot air. I purchased the extended warranty but since it's only been 2 months I have to file a claim through the manufacturer.

The unit was attractive and the functions worked well, but it's just too noisy when in A/C mode. It's made for a small room, 250 sq. ft, but too noisy for a small bedroom.

Beware no replacement parts. I had to shorten the window plate with a hack saw. The exhaust vent hose broke when I tried to attach it ,so I duct taped it until I can get a new part from costumer service---wrong, Customer service referred me to WalMart who said the only option was to return th...
