      These items were not new. The package was opened and parts were missing. I started a return that instructed me to return the items to Walmart, but when I got there the Walmart said they could not accect the items. I want to return these, please.

      I purchased this product in Dec and just opened the pkg. there is supposed to be 2 very different latch pins that go to the 2 very different latch assembly mechanisms. There is only one latch pin and it doesn’t work with either assembly. Since I needed this item now to install on a new door, I ...
