My size I ordered was not available after i had already placed the order. I was contacted right away which i liked and was given a bigger size for no extra cost. Everything worked out and my kids are enjoying it this summer.

Missing a part for pump. Called Intex and waited an hour and a half on hold and no one ever came. Emailed Intex and it has been 4 days and no answer to get my parts. The pool was easy to put up.

We've used this pool for 8 seasons, taking it down in the winter. In that time, we've patched one small leak and replaced the pump. I've had to replace a few of the plastic pins that hold the metal frame together, but other than that, it's worked fine. You can expect some rust to appear at the ed...
