Horrible quality! The poles bend, even on a level surface, and the pump quit working after 2 weeks. You cannot reach an actual person on the customer service number, and if it doesn't recognize the serial number, you cannot file an online claim. I should have payed attention to the other reviews!

I don't recommend anyone to purchase these pools cause they are junk. We have only swimmed in ours like 5 times sense we put it up in June 2020 and some how the pool leg is bent. I just don't understand how these companies can ask for so much for these pools when they are obviously junk and cheap...

Absolute junk we purchased this pool its only been up three weeks we barely been in it my daughter had hee first pool party today there was only five of them in there and 2 hours later we are currently draining the pool two almost broken legs cant get replacement im out alot of money ar this point

Spent a fortune leveling the ground. Did not use sand. We’ve had it up less than two weeks and two legs are buckling. Very bad frame. If I could give it less than one star I would. We were so excited and now I’m afraid to swim in it. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.
